New Entry – New Cleaning Room

Carbonteam has recently completed the construction of the second clean room.

Complementing the existing one, this new 200 sq.m. clean room is part of the development plans launched in November 2023.

A clean room is an air-conditioned room in which temperature, humidity and dust are controlled. The temperature must be maintained between 20 and 22° C. It is important to monitor the levels so that there are no changes due to fluctuations in external temperature between summer and winter.

Inside is where the layers of pre-preg composite material are laid in the molds.

New space and an orderly workflow throughout the process are crucial for the successful completion of a workpiece.
